Over the course of two days, we step out of the constant pull of our busy to do lists and into a slower, steadier rhythm.

We will allow our senses to wake back up; the pace drops so our body can finally exhale. We start with grounding somatic practices that help you tune in, followed by simple yoga practice meant to open space rather than push.

Across the weekend, silence and conversation weave together naturally - quiet sits, gentle movement, and moments of honest reflection.

Reiki sessions support the deeper layers of settling, giving your system room to reset beneath the noise. Nothing is rushed, nothing is forced. It’s a short, intentional pause designed to help you return to yourself, to clear the mental clutter, and remember what life feels like when you’re actually in the stillness.
